António Ribeiro graduated in Chemical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP) in 1995. He is a teacher at the School of Technology and Management (ESTiG) of the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB) since 1997. Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor of the Chemical and Biological Department of IPB. In 1999 he started his post-graduate studies at FEUP, where in 2001 he obtained his degree of Environmental Engineering M.Sc. in the area of Priority Organic Pollutants in Landfill Leachates. In 2010 he obtained his Biological and Chemical Engineering Ph.D. in the area of Influence of the Solvent Composition on the Performance of Simulated Moving Bed Chiral Separations. Since January 2011, he is an Integrated Member of the Laboratory of Separation and Reaction Processes (LSRE).
