Sofia G. Meirinho graduated in Biotechnological Engineering in 2004 at the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB) and obtained her Master Degree Food Quality and Safety in 2009 at IPB. In 2016, obtained her Ph.D, Degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering at the University of Minho. At the present moment, is a Researcher in Laboratory of Separation and Reaction Engineering (LSRE) at IPB pole.
