Nuno Graça graduated in Chemical Engineering in 2006, at the Bragança Polytechnic Institute (IPB), completed a PhD in Chemical and Biological Engineering in 2012, at the Faculty of Engineering -University of Porto. His doctoral research addressed the application of simulated moving bed reactor for the synthesis of the acetal 1,1-dibutoxyethane. From there he worked as Post-doctoral researcher at LSRE-LCM, FEUP, in simulated moving technology bed applied to ternary separations and reactive systems. Most recently he began researching work in treatment of contaminated water by electrocoagulation.
