LSRE-LCM congratulates Marcelo Costa for his PhD thesis defense on November 6th, 2017.

Marcelo finished the Doctoral Program in Chemical and Biological Engineering, with the PhD thesis entitled The NETmix® Tecnhnology, Applied to Gas Hydrates Production: A Potential Solution to CCS supervised by Prof. José Carlos Lopes and co-supervised by Prof. Joaquim Faria.

The staff and team of LA LSRE-LCM wish Marcelo a successful and bright life ahead.

Professor Alírio Rodrigues and Doctor Rui Faria are authors of the book Sorption Enhanced Reaction Processes together with Professor Luís Miguel Madeira (LEPABE, FEUP) and Yi-Jiang Wu (ECUST, China).

Sorption Enhanced Reaction Processes (SERP) provides undergraduate and graduate students of chemistry and chemical engineering, researchers and industrial engineers with a clear path towards process development of SERP, whatever the area of application.
