Shanghai Ranking - UP and IPB in the Top 50

Shanghai Ranking’s Global Ranking of Academic Subjects 2017 announced today, Chemical Engineering at Universidade do Porto has been classified in position 29, and Food Technology at Instituto Politécnico de Bragança in position 50.

Launched in 2003, the Shanghai Ranking for Disciplines is one of the most prestigious rankings in the world. The 2017 edition ranks a total of 4000 universities in 52 disciplines in the fields of Natural Sciences, Engineering, Medicine and Social Sciences.

We congratulate LSRE-LCM researchers, as well as those from LEPABE, CEFT and CIMO, who have contributed with their research and publications for this prestigious result.
