LSRE-LCM Researchers participation in IUPAC Global Women’s Breakfast

LSRE-LCM researchers accepted IUPAC's invitation to participate in Global Women’s Breakfast: Empowering Diversity in Science, which happened at 10 am on February 9th (online).

This was an IUPAC worldwide event that involved several institutions from 24 different countries.
In Portugal, Sociedade Portuguesa de Química invited universities and companies to join the online Women's Breakfast. 

Researchers, teachers and students from LSRE-LCM, LEPABE and CEFT research units from Chemical Engineering Department participated in the event.

Ana Isabel Gomes PhD thesis defense

LSRE-LCM congratulates Ana Isabel Gomes for her PhD thesis defense on January 29th, 2021.

Ana Isabel Gomes finished the Doctoral Program in Chemical and Biological Engineering, with the PhD thesis entitled "Treatment train for mature urban landfill leachate" supervised by Principal Researcher Vítor Vilar and co-supervised by Doctor Rui Boaventura and Doctor Tânia Silva.
