LSRE-LCM congratulates Paulo Carmo for his PhD thesis defense approved by the jury.

Today, Paulo finished the Doctoral Program in Chemical and Biological Engineering, with the PhD thesis entitled "Separation and Recovery of Monomers in Industrial Streams by Adsorption" supervised by Professors Alexandre Ferreira Ana mafalda Ribeiro e Alírio Rodrigues.

Pedro Walgode, a PhD Student at LSRE-LCM, wins the bronze medal in the Artistic Skating European Championship 2021, held this year in Riccione, Italy. Pedro and his sister Ana (a Bioengineering student at FEUP) beat their personal best scoring in this competition. 

LSRE-LCM congratulates Pedro for this achievement and for his dedication in managing both his skating career and his PhD work.
