LSRE-LCM congratulates Lucas Zafanelli for his PhD thesis defense on March 27, 2025. Lucas finished the Doctoral Program in Chemical and Biological Engineering, with the PhD thesis entitled Green Hydrogen Recovery from Natural Gas Grids by Adsorption Processes, supervised by José António Silva (CIMO/IPB) and Alírio Rodrigues.

Liandra Teixeira Receives Honorable Mention at Dare2Change Conference

Liandra Teixeira, PhD student at LSRE-LCM and CIMO/IPB, was awarded an Honorable Mention at the recent Dare2Change conference with her poster communication, entitled "Development of 3D-Printed Structured Food Models Using Anthocyanin-Rich Double Emulsion Gels". Her research introduces innovative approaches to food structuring and contributes significantly to the advancement of sustainable and functional food design.

The Dare2Change conference, held on April 4th, focuses on addressing future challenges in the agri-food sector, highlighting opportunities for transformation through technological innovation and new business models. The event promotes collaboration between the scientific and technological community and industry leaders, fostering knowledge exchange to drive innovation, competitiveness and value creation in the sector.
